The Service we provide to our users is a group of services provided by our website, to job seekers and companies. Our service is approximately described below.
Our website is aimed to help job seekers to create and to manage job subscriptions from companies' career website. Job subscriptions consist in pertinent job offers which are regularly sent all at once, by email and / or Facebook Messenger, at the frequency the subscriber chooses.
We propose companies to integrate a job subscription system to their career website. Our partners can help companies to integrate this system. As job offers are selectively sent to subscribers, according to filters they have applied to their job subscription, the company have, in most cases, the possibility to add and to modify these filters.
We also propose companies to promote their establishment by email we send to subscribers, or directly on our Website. In this context, we also provide them with several statistics.
The services provided to job seekers can be freely accessed.
Some services provided to companies are billed on a subscription basis. For this reason, these parts are exclusively available to companies which would have subscribed to a premium account.
The premium account is annually billed, at a price which is given to the company which subscribes to it. The premium account cannot be cancelled during its period of validity, and is not subject to any refund.
The protection of your personal data being one of our priorities, we do all our necessary to take the maximum of precautions. In this context, we regularly verify the viability of our Service and the systems we dispose to protect them. As previously mentioned, we also use the services of a professional, Infomaniak Network SA, to host our website and databases in a secured place. Nevertheless, an absolute security and an unbreakable Service remain not possible to assure.
We cannot guarantee the pertinence of job offers we send by email or by Facebook Messenger, neither the existence of pertinent subscribers or companies in our databases.
We cannot guarantee an uninterrupted use of our Service, which can be partly modified or deleted at anytime.
We decline all responsibility in case of disagreement, physical damage, psychological damage or financial damage resulting in the use of our Service. We cannot be responsible of security failures, even though they generate damage to you.
We are not responsible of contents which have been created by other users of our Service. In this context, we cannot guarantee the absence of content which would be defined as opposite to mores, false, offending or damaging to you. We are not responsible of the actions and contents that generate our partners. We are not responsible as well of the use of our Service by a user under 18 years old.

You accept to not use our Service to fulfil any malicious or harmful purpose to our Service or other people. You have the responsibility to use and to communicate veridic and respectful datas to our Service. You agree that we use your company's logo on our homepage.
You are the only responsible of your actions, and you cannot transmit their responsibility to Alexis Tschopp or his team.
You also have the duty to respect in time your financial commitments vis-à-vis Alexis Tschopp.
